Here comes a small bugfix update, that addresses an error that could occur when the player starts the game with German and Chinese system languages. The game is prepared for having localization in these languages in the future, but it already falsely loaded in an unfinished state.

- Fix wrong language loading when having German or Chinese system language.

- Updated the ingame-roadmap text and images.
