About The Game
This is a unique passion project about tosatsu (盗撮) in Japan: The practice of secretly taking upskirt photos.
Explore a 3D open-world suburb of Tokyo to look out for targets, complete your collection, sell your photos, buy upgrades, and go on dates.
Hentai/sex features are unlocked as part of the character-dating and the lens upgrades.

Install instructions
For Windows PC
- Download the zip file
- Extract it into a folder
- Run Snapshot!.exe
The game saves automatically, and you keep your progress when updating to a new version. Just extract the newer version in a new folder and launch it.
If you want to use the the itch app then don't run it in sandbox mode, or you might lose your savegame progress.
Info for Android users:
The windows version can be played on Android devices with the free tool Winlator. See this article as a reference. Once you have set up Winlator and downloaded the game, you will find the snapshot zip file in the D: folder. You need to extract the .zip with the 7Zip program that's preinstalled on Winlator to run the snapshot!.exe.

You need to progress the Goth Girl's story to unlock that.

The game will not have a classical day/night cycle, but instead there will be locations to travel to and that can include a location that is set at night. Traveling via train comes after v1.0.

Was looking into this. The art is consistent with the other projects, and they have obvious AI artifacts (weird lighting & extra fingers in some CGs) so I'm tempted to say this is AI. Also considering the amount of new art seen weekly in Patreon which is *unfounded* for an indie developer and artist that likely also has a job alongside it, it is likely it is AI.

When you take a photo, the minigame has a green, yellow and red zone where the arrow can end on. Taking a photo in the yellow zone gives you the chance to get a special “busted” photo.
Question 1: Why did the romance progress of the three female protagonists stop halfway through? Two have two hearts, and one has one heart. Furthermore, when I tried to date them, I was told that dating at this stage is pointless. Question 2: When do you release new versions each month? Do new versions download automatically, or do I need to download them manually?
Two of the three romance characters can be romanced to the end by completing their story. The third (Hanako) is having her story expanded in V0.99
You need to download the newest version manually. Just extract it into its own folder and run it. Your savegame is automatically detected and you can remove the old versions.
How can I get yourukos second heart to unlock the cops hyposis shots ,pls reply as soon as possible dude
You simply need to date her often enough and follow the story.
I think I did it too often and got the game bugged like every time she gives the same dialogue
At the end of every date you get a message telling you how close you are to reaching the next Heart.

Every time you remove the panties in the alley scene, you have a chance to get a collectible, so you likely just had bad luck on the most rare one.

By dating her often enough in the club. Less often when you give her the right gifts.

Reaching her third heart and the finale in the club is currently the end of her story.
How do I hypnotize a police officer?
You need to progress on Yoruko’s dating/story to unlock that.

So just some annotations and suggestions from my side:
- photographed flashers stay => resolve that they disappear after some seconds
- diretion indicators for X-ray resolving (left, right, up, down)
- posibility to also deactive bonus-packs from the menu
- getting caught by the police sometimes needs you 2 letters from Yoruko => intended?

Patreon offers access to anything linked to the ones you can’t use for free. You’ll be able to play those that aren’t available to everyone. You’ll also have access to any version that’s been released 1 month early.

V0.9802 is the newest version on itch.io and it does not have this "outdated version" warning. You would only get it when you accidentally try to run a very old version or when you try to mess with the game data.

Welcome! This guide will help you learn the basic controls and shortcuts used in SNAPSHOT! so you can move around easily and capture the best photos.
Whether you're just starting out or need a quick refresher, this guide covers movement, camera controls, and picture-taking mechanics.
⌨️ Keyboard Controls
Menu & Interface
Q — Open the Pause Menu
ESC — Pause the game
TAB — Open the Photo Album
C — Open Camera Settings
🔍 Lens Controls
Use these keys to switch between camera lenses quickly.
1 — Switch to Lens 1
2 — Switch to Lens 2
3 — Switch to Lens 3
Different lenses can help you capture different types of photos, so experiment with each one!
🏃 Movement Controls
Use the following keys to move your character around the map.
W — Move forward
A — Move left
S — Move backward
D — Move right
Left Shift — Sprint
Sprinting helps you move through the environment faster. But unless you have the Patreon access, you're limited to how much you can sprint before you need a rest.
🖱️ Mouse Controls
Right Click — Move your character to the location of your cursor
Middle Mouse Wheel (Click) — Sprint
These controls let you quickly reposition your character when setting up a photo.

Capturing photos is the main goal, and there are a couple of ways to do it.

When standing behind a girl, a camera icon will appear above her head.
Click the camera icon to take a photo.
❌ Closing a Photo
After taking a picture, you can close the image by:
Clicking on the photo, or
Pressing the Spacebar
📷 Bonus Content (DLC & Mods)
You can expand your game by adding DLC or bonus content mods. Follow these steps to install and activate them.
Installing Bonus Content
Find mods in the official Discord server.
Download the mod you want to add.
Place the mod file into the following folder:
Snapshot → Bonus Content
Once the mod is in this folder, it will be available to activate in-game.
Activating Bonus Content
There are two ways to enable installed content:
1. From the Home Screen
Click Bonus Content in the bottom-right corner of the home screen.
This will display all bonus content currently installed.
2. From the Pause Menu (In-Game)
Open the Pause Menu while playing.
Select Bonus Content.
Install or enable packages at any time.
Does the itch version come with the gold room?
The gold room of the Love Hotel is currently only available in the Patreon version.

i really love this game if u had the money i would join partreon. i have some ideas if do dont add them that fine. 1 could u make it so the jogger stop running to caught their breath so u can take photo well they resting which will unlock new type of photoes.(question do u plan on making the hyno lens work on jogger girls cause it would be cool)
2 could u make a small icon when we take a pic that show the the host wantes. it like the one u got now just for if the photo match his clients taste. cause i walk around with 20 pic and just wait for him to buy it, this way i can sell the pic he doesnt want a keep the ones he want.
