About The Game
This is a unique passion project about tosatsu (盗撮) in Japan: The practice of secretly taking upskirt photos.
Explore a 3D open-world suburb of Tokyo to look out for targets, complete your collection, sell your photos, buy upgrades and go on dates.
Hentai/sex features are unlocked as part of the character-dating and the lens upgrades.

Install instructions
For Windows PC
- Download the zip file
- Extract it into a folder
- Run Snapshot!.exe
The game saves automatically, and you keep your progress when updating to a new version. Just extract the newer version in a new folder and launch it.
If you want to use the the itch app then don't run it in sandbox mode, or you might lose your savegame progress.
Info for Android users:
The windows version can be played on Android devices with the free tool Winlator. See this article as a reference. Once you have set up Winlator and downloaded the game, you will find the snapshot zip file in the D: folder. You need to extract the .zip with the 7Zip program that's preinstalled on Winlator to run the snapshot!.exe.

That’s right. The gold room is the maximum you can reach for the Love Hotel in the itch.io version.

The download button ingame opens your browser . If that’s not working on your system you can manually visit the official Patreon or discord channel to download packs.

When you progress their quests you unlock dating them. This progresses your relationship. At the end of a date you can also offer a gift, which increases the speed in which you improve the relationship.
I don't understand at all what I need to do, just go on a date with them, and gifts are not necessary?
Correct, gifts are optional. They just speed up the progress.
You know, I was not sure about this game because of the AI generated artwork. But the game has charm, and the writing has quite the fun potential and personality.
As of now, I only wish the mid/late-game had a bit more speed. By having some way to get more money per picture as ya improve stuff.
But, overall, quite a fun experience. Enough that, without noticing, I had spent about 2 hours into it.

There are a few ways to increase the money you get, and in the endgame, one can rather get a bit too much too fast (working on more money sinks there). However, I see the wish to get more money earlier on, and you will be happy to see the collectible system coming in the next update, as this adds new boosters to the sell price for photos.
Is there a way to transfer my save game to the new version?
That happens automatically. Just extract and run the new version in its own folder.

I only played for a short time, but I loved the gameplay, graphics, and simple interface. A very nice game! I'll definitely subscribe to Patreon!! I would only add a Spanish translation, but otherwise, 10/10. I hope you continue to grow!!

Not planned for now. However, Mac can still play it using tools like Wine, Crossover, or a virtual machine (Parallels, VMware, VirtualBox), which let you run Windows apps on macOS. Wine and Crossover are the easiest options since they don’t require a full Windows installation.

The itch.io version gets new content every month, but Patreon-exclusive elements, like the cheats, will remain exclusive.

Oh must havent got that far. I couldnt get more then 2 heart with lady on roof (forgotname) though i can do much as my pc broken so will have to wait till i can get a new one. (Well im here in want to say i like the use of ai as it fit nicely other games do it wrong. If i have money to give i will def sub to ur parteon.)

So I seem to be stuck with dating Yoruko. I can only get her to two hearts even after going to the Goth Club and getting all the envelops. Am I missing something?
You need to date her multiple times at the goth club to get to the next level. How close you are to the next heart is displayed at the end of the date (just like it was on the rooftop)

The ones inside the game are by default paid, but there are plenty of free mod packs available. You can view all those mod packs on their Discord server.
Yeah yeah I know it may be annoying to get someone asking if you can plan on making it for Android and iPhone ect, but if you can please do add it at some point
I don’t believe it’s possible for iOS, as it’s quite strict, but I’m certain it’s possible for Android in the future. However, the only current way to play it using an Android device is through an emulator.

You just download the newest version, extract the zip and run it :)
Your savegame is automatically detected and you can delete the old version.
Hello. I've played the older version and i liked. Now i can't play the newest version nor the "DLCs". I launch the games, seems normal, music playing, buttons working, then when i click to start, appears the camera features to select the lens but nothing happens except the flashes (cam images and features, menu bar, sometimes even another window of the game one above the other, glitching and flashing). Do u understand? What should i do to fix that? I don't know if it is coincedence, but after i used complete clean of CCleaner, many games, including this older version of Snap, stopped working, cannot even open. I hope u can help me. See ya!
Unfortunately this very much sounds like a general problem on your system, especially given that many games have problems and what you described is not a common issue for Snapshot. There is likely nothing Snapshot-specific that can be done, but rather general actions like updating your graphics driver.
I already did this and other things i read on the internet but nothing seems to fix it. I was hoping you had already experienced a similar problem so you could advise me on what to do, even if it's not a problem with the game itself. :/

This depands on your device. The tricky part is not to run Snapshot on Winlator, but to setup Winlator on your device in a way that it generally can run such unity games. You best check youtube etc for tutorials.

I don’t believe there will be an Android version of this game. However, you can use a virtual machine to run an Android device with Winlator.

how do you use the xray lens
Once you purchased the x-ray lens, you can switch to it in the camera configuration dialog
I really love the game, it's really fun to play and I quite like the characters! Unfortunately bonus content download doesn't work for me, whenever I click "Download" I get a framerate drop and nothing happens... Is there any way to install externally maybe?
The download button would open a browser that links you to the pack. Maybe this is blocked on your system?
You can also visit the bonus content section on Discord to find links to many packs.
I'm finding it hard to justify using the hypno lens instead of the standard. I spend 5k for a picture and get 10k. I get 5k with the hypno lens in the time it would take me to get 6-7k with the regular lens. If the cost per film was nerfed or the reward per hypno picture was buffed then I'd use it more often. As it is now, it feels like a waste of time
That lens is not meant as a simple money generation tool. If anything, I’m working on more features to further drain money in the end game.
